We've put together a FREE add-on core training program for weightlifters to be used at the end of your regular training session. 

At Network Barbell, we follow the basic principle that we should train the musculature of the lower torso to move and stabilize in all the ways it moves and stabilizes.  You won't find any overly complex set ups or circus tricks here.  Just effective exercises designed to improve trunk stability and low back health.
